Surprisingly, some of the units are spacious. From the outside they don't look that big, but it is an illusion. The office team is trying there best to get on top of the issues left behind from the old management company from a few years ago. Not everything can be done in days.

First month here at the complex. I'm loving the follow up maintenance guys and front desk (Molly) have been able to give me, specifically in a timely manner. They certainly view tenants needs as a priority for them. My husband and i are able to cherish every inch of our unit with a touch of our personalities. We also have an after school program for the kiddos in the clubhouse. Have an on-site 24/7 package access locker for deliveries. I cannot wait for the warm weather to explore our pool!

I just moved into these apartments, my first day, and everything is beautiful! There was a problem with one drawer but Michelle had maintenance come within an hour to fix it! Quick service. My neighbors are also kind, so far and the place looks beautiful. Thank you so much Michelle for helping me through the process of getting the apartment, she was very kind, helpful and patient with me!

These ladies are amazing! I have never had a better experience with moving into a unit before. Originally my first option was to have my son rent from a location he chose but because of Kiya I decided to move him in the unit near mine. The staff answered all my questions, moved me in quickly, very patient and my neighbors are amazing, introduced themselves, asked did I need help and gave me a plate of food.
